We experienced approximately 3 minutes of downtime (though the tracker shows ~11 minutes).

A healthcheck API endpoint was moved causing an initial deploy to fail after migrations had been run resulting in a brief downtime as I manually moved the healthy server back into rotation.

The uptime tracker continued to report the app as down even after recovery because it was still directed at the old healthcheck endpoint.
